Home Agent Shortlist SMS Terms

Effective date: October 7, 2026

  1. Program. Home Agent Shortlist text messages are sent by KCWL Real Estate Brokerage Group LLC dba Jade Real Estate to people who request an agent match on HomeAgentShortlist.com. Messages may include:
    • a verification code
    • confirmation of your request and your agent's name
    • notice of after-hours timing
    • a follow-up asking whether your agent reached you

    The agent handling your request may also text you about it.

  2. How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on HomeAgentShortlist.com and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  3. Message frequency varies, based on your request and conversations with your agent.
  4. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
  5. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further texts from this program. To rejoin, submit a new request on our site or reply START.

  7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
