What's Working
My method — an intro email, then a quick follow-up text — turns set meetings into real conversations. When a meeting is on the calendar, people show or reschedule. I'm barely getting ghosted.

Email→Text
The automation that sets most meetings
The funnel is increasingly fed three ways: automated email→text follow-up (the workhorse), networking events (Meetups, young-professional groups), and Jade's own events (Launch Party, Content Crawl, Rockies Opening Day). Early on, roughly half of set meetings ghosted or no-showed — that's almost gone now.
The Momentum
How the year actually unfolded — from finding my footing to a recruiting engine that runs.
Jul – Aug 2025
Learning the seat
Getting oriented and testing outreach. These months were about figuring out what actually moves agents — not yet a finished system.
Sept 2025
Locked in on recruiting
Went all-in on recruitment. First wins land — Brayene and Deja sign on. Lots of activity, and plenty of no-shows and ghosts while I dialed in the approach.
Oct – Dec 2025
Building relationships
Refining the email→text follow-up, deepening the circle, and keeping warm leads warm through the holidays.
Jan 2026
The method clicks
Shifted focus in the new year and the system started compounding. Set meetings now reliably happen — show or reschedule, almost no ghosts.
Feb – Jun 2026
A repeatable engine
Steady signings — Trevor, Zack, Caleb, Stephanie, Tonya, Adam, Gilda — alongside a full event calendar (Launch Party, Rockies Opening Day, Content Crawl) feeding the funnel.

All 17 added this year combined: 13 deals · $183K office gross · $21.6K company dollar (closings Jul 2025–Jun 2026). 14 are still on the team; most signed recently and are early in their ramp. The 3 marked Departed are kept in because their production was real revenue earned for Jade.

2025 is a full 12 months; 2026 covers Jan–Jun (6 months), so the two columns aren't a direct comparison — but the midpoint is a fair gauge, since 2025 ran an even split between its first half (85 closings) and second (84).

Realistic 2026 Goals
On current pace, here's what year-end can look like — each already well underway at the halfway point.

Lending is the breakout. Already 24 loans and $208.7K gross — more than 2× all of 2025 (12 loans, $96.7K) — with half the year still to go. A 45-loan / $400K+ lending year is well within reach.
