I’m Patrick Fisher, a Colorado real estate professional with a lifelong passion for the outdoors, adventure, and helping people find a place they’re proud to call home.
I grew up back East near a couple of small ski hills, spending winters as a ski instructor and ski patroller and summers water skiing and canoeing. I always dreamed of bigger mountains and greater adventures, so I packed up my belongings and moved to Colorado. As they say, I was lured by the winters but stayed for the summers.
My professional background brings a unique perspective to real estate. After earning degrees from West Virginia Wesleyan College and George Washington University, including a Master’s Degree in Project Management, I built a career managing complex projects and programs for international companies. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I developed a strong foundation in organization, negotiation, communication, and attention to detail—skills that translate naturally into helping clients navigate the real estate process with confidence.
Real estate has been a personal passion for many years. I’ve bought, leased, and sold properties throughout Colorado, from Denver to Vail, giving me firsthand experience on both sides of the transaction and a genuine appreciation for what makes a property and a community feel like home.
Outside of real estate, I love to travel and experience different cultures, people, and places. I’ve had the opportunity to visit more than 70 countries, and those experiences have broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the many different ways people choose to live. When I’m not traveling or working with clients, you’ll most likely find me enjoying the Colorado outdoors with my chocolate labs.
Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for a mountain retreat, selling a property, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to make the experience straightforward, informed, and enjoyable. I believe real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property—it’s about finding the right place for the life you want to live.
