Tresa brings a unique perspective to real estate with more than 20 years of experience in both real estate and construction. Licensed since 2005, she spent much of her career working in real estate while also managing residential and commercial construction projects. This experience gives her an understanding of homes that goes well beyond the transaction. In 2020, she transitioned into real estate full-time, building her business primarily through referrals and repeat clients.

Tresa later launched a consulting business helping real estate investors manage flip projects from renovation and staging through listing and sale. Her construction experience gives her a trained eye for the details others may overlook and helps buyers consider a home's condition, functionality, improvement potential, and long-term value. For sellers, she combines real estate strategy with her love of design, helping prepare and stage homes to stand out in the market.

Having relocated her own family across state lines, Tresa also understands firsthand what goes into starting over in a new place. She knows finding the right community can be just as important as finding the right house.

Her approach is simple: educate, advocate, and never pressure. Whether buying, selling, relocating, or figuring out what to do with that one room that just doesn’t work, Tresa brings experience, strategy, and a good eye to the table.

Originally from Maryland and now calling Colorado home, Tresa enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and son, rearranging rooms that probably didn’t need rearranging, and discovering new coffee shops.
