William Lawrence is a Colorado Managing Broker and co-owner of Jade Real Estate, a modern, agent-focused brokerage built on elevated service, smart systems, and long-term relationships. Before launching Jade, William built his foundation in the oil and gas investment sector, serving in land management and later as an Acquisitions & Divestitures Manager, where he developed deep experience in strategic planning, valuation, negotiations, and complex transaction execution.

William brought that same analytical and deal-driven approach into real estate when he founded Lawrence Family Properties, LLC in 2014, focusing on residential brokerage, investment acquisitions, and development. As the business expanded, he helped scale the brokerage into what became Century 21 Prosperity, and ultimately evolved the company into Jade Real Estate alongside co-owner Kelvin Caiati—pairing brokerage leadership with a strong lending partnership through Versatile Lending.

Known for calm leadership, clear communication, and high standards, William is passionate about building a brokerage where agents are supported like entrepreneurs—with practical mentorship, strong marketing, and the operational backbone needed to serve clients at the highest level.
